Jerry Craft - CEO - Corserv

Jerry Craft

Serving as the Chairman, Jerry Craft co-founded CorServ in 2009 providing industry, strategy, and financial leadership. Jerry was previously the Founder and President of InfiCorp and InfiBank, Division President of First Data Resources, and CEO of Wachovia’s credit card bank where he led its growth from $.25B to over $4B in credit card loans.

Jerry has served on key Visa and Mastercard committees, as Chairman of Merchant Bank Services, as a member of the Federal Reserve’s Consumer Advisory Council, and as Chairman of the Bank Card Committee for the American Bankers Association. Mr. Craft graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science.

Anil Goyal - President - Corserv

Anil Goyal

Anil Goyal co-founded CorServ in 2009 and currently provides strategic leadership as the CEO. He has a deep background in risk management, marketing, technology, and portfolio optimization.

Previously, he held senior management roles at top credit card issuers, including Bank of America and Citibank. He provided strategic and analytic consulting services to American Express for consumer cards and student loan portfolios. He managed SunTrust Bank’s credit card program that was launched by First National Bank of Omaha. Anil earned a Ph.D. in Decision Sciences and M.S. in Operations Research from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He earned a B.Tech. (Honors) from Indian Institute of Technology.

Brian Agne

As the CIO, Brian Agne leads a team of passionate technologists who are focused on nimbleness and time-to-market. Together, they build the exceptional financial servicing systems empowering CorServ’s numerous business programs.

Brian brings a wealth of knowledge in developing world-class payment and financial technology software. Prior to joining CorServ, he was Director of OLTP Applications at InComm where his team was responsible for building the next-generation transaction processing system handling over $50 billion of annual transaction volume. He has also held senior technology positions at InfiCorp, First National Credit Card Center, and Privista. Brian earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Tennessee Technological University.

As our CTO, Andy is a key leader in the development and delivery of our comprehensive network architecture and data security. He leads a team of Subject Matter Experts to align, develop and deliver contemporary network designs, data security, roadmaps, solutions, standards and services that meet current and future business requirements using cutting-edge network capabilities and functionality.

Ray Costner

As a co-founder and Senior IT Advisor, Ray Costner has served as CTO managing CorServ’s systems development, network and data center operations since 2009.

Prior to joining CorServ he was Managing Director of Systems and Operations at InfiCorp where he was one of the company founders. His team managed systems development and network and data center operations. Prior to joining InfiCorp he was SVP and Center Manager for Wachovia Bank Card Services. During his time at Wachovia, he managed the development of the FBS Software system which is still used today for credit card processing by FIS and major banks worldwide. He earned a B.S. in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and his MBA from Georgia State University.

Joel Herron

CorServ brought Joel Herron on as Chief Operations Officer in 2013 to lead the business operations division which includes Client Relations, Project Management, Processor Integration, and all cardholder servicing functions.

Previously, Joel built up and managed the Project Management Office for Georgia’s Own Credit Union and was the Director of Project Management at InfiCorp. At InfiCorp, Joel led over 100 projects annually involving an average of 20-30 credit card portfolio acquisitions. He brings additional industry experience from his tenure with Robbins Gioia, CitiBank, GE Capital, and TSYS. Joel earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia, and is PMP certified.

Sarah Loya- General Counsel - CorServ

Sarah Loya

Sarah Loya is the general counsel of CorServ and provides the company with general strategy advice and legal guidance. Sarah previously worked at Nelson Mullins and DLA Piper, where she advised growing companies and managed their legal needs as outside counsel. Before joining CorServ, Sarah also previously served as the chief legal counsel of a health and wellness company, where she led their legal and compliance group with over 25 team members.

Sarah earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, graduating cum laude. She received her BA from the University of Virginia, BA Foreign Affairs and Psychology, graduating with distinction.

David Luther

David Luther joined CorServ in 2017 as the Chief Business Officer and leads Business Development and Marketing for CorServ.

David has pioneered and grown eCommerce and payment technology businesses as an executive for Mozido, Distra, Brokat, and S1 where he was a key leader for fund raising, rapid revenue growth, and successful exits. David has also led the banking and payments global solutions at Unisys and FIS/Metavante to transition their financial services into modern solutions. David earned a B.S. in Computer Science from The Pennsylvania State University.

Missy Martin

Missy Martin joined CorServ in 2012 as the Chief Financial Officer. She leads client portfolio analytics and supports the Accounting, Finance, Risk, and Human Resources functions for the Company.

Previously, she was a turnaround consultant at Alvarez & Marsal providing strategic planning, financial forecasting and interim management services. She began her career at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW), a boutique investment bank offering buy and sell-side M&A advisory as well as capital raising services for financial institutions. Missy earned her Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and B.S. from Wake Forest University.

Clay Battle - Senior Advisor - Corserv

Clay Battle

Clay Battle co-founded CorServ as a Senior Advisor in 2009 to provide guidance to the Company in the areas of strategy, finance, legal, compliance and regulatory relations.

Previously she was Chief Financial Officer and later Chief Executive Officer of InfiCorp and InfiBank NA- subsidiary credit card companies of First National of Nebraska. Clay began her career at First Atlanta/Wachovia Corporation, where she held various executive positions including Chief Financial Officer of Bank Card Services, Senior Vice President of Merchant Services and Controller of Wachovia Bank of Georgia. Clay earned a B.S. in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University.

Director of Client Settlement

Susan Beggan

Susan Beggan joined CorServ as the Director of Client Settlement to assist issuer and client banks with daily settlement. She focuses on daily settlement between issuer and client banks, exceptions and allocations, rewards, quarterly reserves, and branch payments. Susan also helps new client’s complete implementation tasks and provides training during and after the implementation process.
Susan has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She earned her B.S. in Business from LaRoche College.

Tim Bourne

Since joining CorServ in 2006, Tim has helped to grow the infrastructure from a small, single production site to multiple clustered production environments. Configuration management and virtualized networking have been several things Tim has built into the technology stack. Being able to quickly respond to the ever-changing security landscape with configuration changes or patches is critical.

Kate Brown

Serving as our Director of Systems Integration and Testing, Kate leads the systems integration team that focuses on creating nimble solutions and strategies that impact the company’s bottom line. Together, they work to support our business units to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.

Kate came to CorServ in 2012 bringing over 25 years of experience in various financial institutions. She has been a key contributor for multiple financial services corporations including The Prudential Bank & Trust, TSYS, Wachovia Bank, InfiCorp and First National Credit Card Center. While at InfiCorp, she led the project team responsible for the launch and support of the $500MM SunTrust Bank consumer credit card program while continuing to provide daily service to and identify performance enhancements for over 100+ other financial institutions across multiple processing platforms.

Zach Fisher - Fraud Prevention Manager - Corserv

Zach Fisher

Zach Fisher Joined CorServ in 2018 as the Director of Risk. Prior to joining CorServ he was the Fraud Prevention supervisor for COOP financial services where he managed a team of fraud prevention analysts that serviced over 100 credit unions throughout North America. He is currently responsible for the credit risk and authorization fraud teams at CorServ as the Director of Risk. He works closely with CorServ partners to meet their fraud and customer experience goals. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Northern Iowa.
Michael Hegarty - FP&A - Corserv
Director of Finance, Planning & Accounting

Michael Hegarty

As the Director of FP&A, Michael Hegarty leads our Financial Planning and Analysis group. He is in charge of developing and supporting a cross-functional analytics infrastructure to sustain other areas of the business including marketing, credit, risk, fraud, sales and operations.

Prior to joining CorServ, he was Finance Manager at First Data where his team was responsible for building revenue targets, reporting and analytics data center to support a new national sales team designed to sell across the First Data ecosystem with annual revenue targets of $300M+. He has held other roles in the financial services and technology industries with a demand for possessing a mastery of analytical skills, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to help the team win. Michael received his B.A. in Finance from Auburn University.

Drew Hollander - Director of Information Security - Corserv

Drew Hollander

Drew Hollander joined CorServ in 2019 as the Director of Information Security. Prior to joining CorServ, he implemented information security programs from the ground up and built multiple Security Operations Centers (SOCs). With a solid understanding of information security and technology, he is currently responsible for the security and compliance of CorServ’s environments and the data therein.

Drew earned his Master of Engineering in Information and Engineering Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from the University of North Alabama. He holds multiple certifications such as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), etc.

Jeff Hurst - Director of Business Development - CorServ

Jeff Hurst

As Director of Business Development, Jeff Hurst establishes strong relationships with financial institutions, and partners with them to offer CorServ’s best-in-class Payment Card Issuing Programs to their corporate, business, and consumer customers. He has over 20 years of Card Services experience working with Banks and Credit Unions throughout the United States.

Prior to joining CorServ, Jeff worked in business development, relationship management and administration support at TIB, N.A. He earned a B.B.A in Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas.

Mike Kavanaugh - Director of Commercial Cards - Corserv

Mike Kavanaugh

As the Director of Commercial Cards, Mike leads the product development, strategy, portfolio management and operational activities for the commercial products and features. Mike works directly with our Issuers’ Treasury Management teams to assist them on the marketing and sales activities for our working capital solutions.

Mike joined the team from Bank of America where he had over 25 years of Commercial Card and Treasury Management experience. Mike possesses a strong background in electronic payments consulting with deep expertise in B2B commercial card payment solutions including virtual card/epayables and comprehensive payables. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the University of Florida and is a current member of NAPCP.

Dan Lamarche - Project Management - Corserv

Dan Lamarche

As the Director of Project Management, Dan Lamarche is responsible for strategic and operational activities for the CorServ Project Management Office (PMO). Projects include new client implementations or enhancements on the Account Issuer and Agent Bank Programs, product implementations, and marketing campaigns.

Dan joined the team with over 20 years’ experience in consulting, information technology, and financial services specializing in program and project management, risk management, and regulatory submissions. Dan has managed programs for credit card and treasury product implementations at large banks as well as investment planning and contact management applications at various brokerage firms. He received a B.B.A. from Loyola University in Finance and International Business and an MBA in Finance from Georgia Tech.

Catherine Larkins

Catherine Larkins joined CorServ in January 2022 as the Human Resources Director. She has been in the HR field for over 10 years. Prior to CorServ, she was the Human Resources Manager at Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele, LLP where she managed all of the recruiting, training, compensation, performance management and benefits administration for over 200 employees in multiple states.

Catherine graduated from Auburn University with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Chelesa Larkins

As Associate Director of Processor Integration, Chelesa leads a team responsible for managing our core credit card platforms and relationships. Her team focuses on new client implementations, collateral management, and the integration of functionalities on the card platform for the Account and Direct Issuer credit card programs.

Chelesa brings over 20 years of experience from various roles within the credit card industry. Prior to joining CorServ in 2014, she held various operational positions with SunTrust (now Truist Bank) and InfiBank managing modules within the Fiserv Optis platform for credit and debit card portfolios. She is also a United States Army Veteran.

Brian McCaul - Director of Marketing - Corserv

Brian McCaul

Brian McCaul joined CorServ in February 2023 as the Director of Marketing, responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategy and client portfolio growth.

Prior to CorServ, Brian was the Director of Advisory Services at Fiserv, leading a team of consultants and marketers working with Fiserv’s Community Bank and Credit Union clients. Brian joined Fiserv from Zions Bancorporation, where he was the Senior Vice President of Bankcard Product & Marketing. He had responsibility for managing and growing their Consumer and Commercial credit card portfolios. He began his career at AT&T where he was the Marketing Director responsible for the launch of AT&T’s consumer internet service.

Brian earned a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in International Relations from Villanova University. He also attended the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley’s Executive Education Program.

Peter Pallock - PCaaSA Development Manager - Corserv

Peter Pallock

As the Development Manager for the PCaaSA platform, Peter leads the development team’s architecture and implementation as they bring an ‘API first’ approach for card issuing and processing to modern banks and fintechs. Peter joined CorServ in 2020 with over twenty-five years of experience in software development, in that time having led teams in the development, launch, and efficient scaling of multi-region datacenter- and cloud-based merchant and media-as-a-service platforms.
Neal Thomas - Senior Software Engineer - Corserv

Neal Thomas

Neal brings a wide range of experience in developing user applications and technical infrastructure. His experience includes OLTP systems, Web/Cloud based systems, Data Warehousing and decision support systems. Prior to joining CorServ in 2013, he held senior technical and consulting positions at AT&T, The Coca-Cola Company, Delta Airlines and Accenture.

Neal earned a M.S. in Computer Science from University of Memphis.

Sagar Jhala

As an Associate Director of Product Development, Sagar is responsible for product strategy and business requirements for the PCaaSA platform, which offers an ‘API first’ card issuing solutions to clients. Responsibilities include client and vendor relationship management, design and recommend strategic solutions to ensure PCaaSA platform offers best in class card issuing and processing solutions.

Sagar has held key positions in various financial services and software companies during his career, helping deliver products spanning from consumer credit monitoring to cybersecurity. Prior to his current role at CorServ, Sagar led the Technical Product Management team at the largest software company in the UK.

Eric Shiakallis - Associate Director of Client Services- Corserv

Eric Shiakallis

Serves as our Associate Director of Client Services. Eric manages our program operations and helps lead our client relations team.

Eric brings over 20 years of Credit Card Operations and Servicing, Project Management and Client Relationship experience. Prior to joining CorServ in 2013, Eric worked as a Client Experience officer at SunTrust Bank (Truist Bank), various Operational roles at InfiCorp including Client Relations, Project Leader and Call Center Management. Eric earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
